I have been waiting 43 days to be paid. They gave many excuses but said I would be paid this week. I will not take any more signings from them.
I don’t get as many signings for them but the 2 I did were great fair pricing and paid in one week.
The closings I see are for First American Title and they pay great. The opening offer is always $90 I usually negotiate, often successfully. I like these contracts a lot.
They finally got their act together and paid me. Now they are paying more regularly. They always start out with $90, but are open to negotiation. I also get Signing directly from first American, which I prefer.

I love them. They pay twice a month. The first job has a lag but after that they pay twice a month.
