I finally received an email about getting vetted with Mortgage Connect. The want a resume’. Do I just send them my regular resume’? Or do I sent them a resume explaining having owned and rented properties, working at a title company assisting the escrow officer, then notary experience?
Definitely the related experience is best. I don’t think any past experience “inspecting hand grenades” or being a “motorcycle mechanic” would be relevant. Just the relevant stuff, IMHO.
I just sent them my resume. It has nothing related to real estate or the loan industry on it.
From my personal experience they just want a resume. I think when they asked for references I gave them a couple of title officers who use me a lot.
