I am thoroughly enjoying my experience with Network Transaction Solutions! This signing company has been a delight to work with. Not only is communication with the staff awesome, the pay is timely and EVERY WEEK! You literally can have an assignment on a Friday at 9:30 p.m. and you will still get paid the very next Wednesday, according to their weekly schedule!
Thus far, I have had three assignments with them and payment in full was made every single Wednesday by 3:30 p.m. CST.
I know on-time payment delivery is important for us Signing Agents who wants to work with reliable reputable signing companies that are not in the business of stiffing the notary of their services. I highly recommend them.
I had quite the opposite experience with them this week. Not only was I blamed for the signing location error. I was talked to condescendingly by one of the schedulers like I was not able to handle the assignment. The unfortunate thing is none of the issues were my fault. I confirmed the address provided and the client said that it was correct. Even though it wasn’t but, neither of us knew that. I did not find out about the incorrect address until the appointment time and the signer and I could not find each other and found out what the real issue was. I was trying to communicate how I am supposed to. I had to tell, lets call her J, how unprofessional she was and the team I was working with. She was flat out rude for no reason and unprofessional. I would never talk to people that are working for me like they did. I was even talked down to for talking to Title. Funny thing is title is the one who called me. I was even going to go out of my way to go to the correct location which was 2.5 hours and another time zone away because my afternoon was clear and I wanted to help. She tried to say she was sorry for me taking the email and call the way I did. But like I told her I did not take it any which way than they way it was expressed to me. I ended up having them un-assign me and I don’t think I will do work with them again.
Bad business practice to me on that end. But yes they do pay very fast. I had done one previous assignment for them less than 2 weeks ago and already have been paid.

All the assignments I have with them, the price was not only fair but on one particular assignment, they went above and beyond the normal price for a last minute signing that was late at night.
