Aaarrrgghh!! Some people just don’t listen/read.

Received a blast text from them early this morning for today at 9:00am (2 hour drive from me) for $100 and witness required. I ignored.

Same blast came through for $200. I countered for 12noon, $350, need docs immediately and advised I cannot provide witness. I promptly get an email advising they are waiting for approval. I let 'em know the longer the approval takes, the later the signing time becomes. Soon thereafter I get 3 more emails “awarding” me the assignment. HOWEVER, the same initial terms were listed. Nope. Not happening. I quickly email REPLY ALL (with high importance) advising of discrepancies and to please reassign. Had to send this same email to several of their emails before they finally rescinded order 10 minutes later at 9:00am (scheduled signing time). Somehow, I don’t think that file will get signed on time.

It is simply remarkable to me how inefficient the signing company’s can be. I’ve had similar request and had to do the same. Take care.

I did a signing for them on 8/12/24 was paid would work for them again.

What’s really interesting is they had no problem w/$350, which confirms that they can do better, but usually don’t.

Yeah, I’ve worked with them before and been paid my fee without issue and I wouldn’t mind working with them again.

This time, however, they seemed disjointed.
