Hello, hope everyone is doing well. I’ve been crazy busy and just wanted to share an idea with those who are trying to get more business. I recommend that you start networking and building relationships with independent real estate investors. I work very hard to gain and maintain trust by providing 100% error-free, friendly and professional closing for all so when ever they have properties ready for closing, usually multiple properties they want to sign at the same time they contact me first and then inform their title companies that they want me to be the closer. I get paid by title complies within a week, my rate. Since it’s multiple closings at the same time and same location, they get $50 off per closing, so I only charge $150 for each instead of $200.
