The NNA has announced the 2019 Notary of The Year and Special Honorees! Congratulations to Judy Chapman of North Carolina as Notary of the Year! Im happy to announce that Ohio has a winner as Honoree Roger Rill!
Roger Rill is the President of the Ohio Society of Notaries and has been instrumental in Ohio with updates to the Ohio notary laws. He is resposible for the Ohio Moderination Act that was signed into law by our govenor in Dec. 2018!
