Has anyone taken the NNA’s RON training? If so, please share your thoughts and opinions, please. I’m in Michigan and thinking about signing up with LiveNotary as my RON platform for general notary work but want some additional training, eventhough their platform has some. I’m already with Pavaso and Nexsys but don’t utilize either because of minimal calls with Amrock. Thanks

I took the NNA RON training for florida…it was a good basic overview of how to complete notarizations online,what questions not to ask during the session,must first let the signer know that the session is being audio/video recorded and obtain their consent before proceeding,etc. Definitely recommend taking it moreso because it is the NNA and an industry standard and the great thing is it is state specific training.
