No. But it’s a good threat that guarantees they won’t ever call you again. Doesn’t guarantee you’ll be paid for July job, tho’.
@james_swofford_12 Certainly, not acceptable.
Unfortunately, taking that action would merely place you in the same category they’ve placed themselves into of being unprofessional.

A much better option would be to review the two threads within this post (select the direct url link that follows) for direct, concise & successful actions that you can take to ensure payment for the professional services you’ve successfully provided.
Also, you should reach out to the Title/Escrow Company [T/EC] listed on the top of the first page of the Closing Disclosure to ALERT them to the fact that this business entity is engaging in “Theft of Services.”
P.S. Hopefully, this business entity is on your list coded as “NO! DO NOT ACCEPT SIGNING ORDERS”

I have emailed Prestige, and they keep saying the email was sent over to the correct department but this week they are claiming don’t haven’t received the invoice and the order number does not exist. This is no right and I can’t work with anyone that will not pay.
Prestige, I stopped taking their jobs a long time ago. They pay at something ridiculous like 57 days or something.
This request just went out from Cloud Signings - private info redacted so hopefully moderators leave as-is - and it shows a $20 request for a 40 page print job WITH net terms! This isn’t even minimum wage in any state.
The best part of that order is the 2nd from the last line: To unsubscribe from Cloud Signings orders only, click here. It’s a wonder that everybody doesn’t take advantage of that…
. . .
. . .
Everyone SHOULD opt for that choice!

Send her another invoice or invoices. I caused a big turmoil with them and I just got paid for a July job. Maybe they are in the mood to be more cooperative at present.
