Cloud Signings Payment Issues

I have been trying to collect payment for 3 jobs I did in JANUARY from Cloud Signings. Multiple emails and voicemails. I have run out of options. How do I get them to pay??? I certainly won’t work with them again, but it would be nice to get paid.

Was it through Signing Order? I fought to get paid from them and what finally worked was including VenBooks Support in the email (along with an invoice) adding that they we’re included in the email and are aware of the non-payments. Cloud Signings is now on their blacklist. Hope this helps you.

I too have been going around and around with getting paid from Cloud Signings. A job done on 3/6/2025 for $50! has not been paid. Multiple emails to Cloud (we need more info, blah blah). Provided more info. I’ve spent more than $50 of my time tracking this money down. I will never accept assignments through Signing Order for Cloud Signings ever again!!!

I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked. You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible. If they refuse to get the service to pay or to pay you, send 3 emails with a copy of the invoices attached marked PAST DUE, spaced about a week or two apart requesting payment with the warning that unless payment is made, you will be taking further action…

I have the same problem been trying to call send invoices to Cloud Signings about payment. I did this signing 1/16/2025 and still haven`t heard from them.

I have had it with Cloud Signings. I sent an email today with my intent to file a complaint with the attorney general of my state, and following with every state they are filed in. I got a reply that they will disburse this weekend. I am not holding my breath, but I will follow through if payment is not made. Following the ‘normal procedures’ does not work with this company. Do not EVER work for them again. My honest assessment. I hope all Notaries take heed of this company and refuse assignments from them. It makes the industry suffer.

As I often post across threads on the Notary Cafe forum, ALWAYS vet your potential client PRIOR TO providing any professional services.

If each Business Owner/Entrepreneur would ensure they’ve determined if the potential new client is credit worthy, there would be much fewer posts & threads about Non-Payment of invoices for Professional Signing Agent [PSA] services successfully provided.

Back in February 2025, I’ve completed services through Signing Orders. An auto invoice generated after completing the assignment, which Cloud Signing replied back right away “Terms are 60 days first weekend after this is not due yet.” 60 days came, no payment. Sent a few more with, again no response. This week, I called but was routed to a VM and left a message. I sent one last email “Final Notice” with due by date or further actions will be taken. Hoping that this can be resolved before the date I put on it.

I had a very hard time getting paid by Cloud so I said never again. I think I called up Mortgage Connect and I actually got the guys cell phone number and I had to leave a multiple voicemails but he is one shady person and I find it hilarious and ironic that Mortgage Connect taps him to help them when they can’t find anyone And guess what I will never work for him lol

Anyone work with Ever Cloud Signings?

Actually, guys you can get paid from cloud signings. I would suggest use this email info@cloudsignings.com. I would add in the email the signer’s name and the date of the signing. I hope this helps and oh do not be afraid of the deluxe payment website (e-checking)
