Just an FYI. I have 1 past due invoice with them and 2 that are soon to be. I, for one, won’t let this slide if there are any means available to me. Taking matters into my own hands, I wrote emails to them as well as the mortgage company assigned and the title company. I used “Potential Theft of Services” in the subject line. Within an hour, I had a response from the mortgage company who is reaching out to the signing service. I will update you with the results.
UPDATE: I received an email from this signing service (the white things in the sky) that all 3 invoices will be paid out this weekend, December 13, 2025.
