Is there anyone here that works for Notarize Proof website? Can this be done as a full time job and if so what is your average weekly pay?

I have a Notarize Proof account. It cannot be a full time job. You are not guaranteed to pick up the on calls. I have literally pushed the button several times to answer a call and a second later it is given to another notary. It’s best to bring your own clients.

I have been on Notarize since COVID broke out in 2020. At that time, they were scrambling for notaries and work was non-stop. I have done over 6000 individual document signings and 1500 real estate closings. They only used Florida, Texas, and Virginia for their On Demand notaries. It started slowing down last year when they added Nevada in anticipation of increased business and it oversaturated the platform with notaries while, at the same time, making sure their response time to people needing notarizations stayed high with very little waiting.
They also opened up their platform for notaries to use for their own transactions. That worked for me because I had a number of clients as a mobile notary who were starting to need RON and I was able to transition my business to fully RON and cut out the expenses I had as a mobile notary. The income is better income because I was able to receive the full notary fee that my state allows me to charge…
As to the income side, you have to look at this as a business and not a job. You are an independent notary, not an employee. And Notarize will only let you handle the level of business they are comfortable that you can do with the experience that you have. The good news is that they are willing to train you for each level and this will translate to your being able to more money as well as successfully handle work with your own clients. If you have ever done any mobile notary work, the process is the same. You income grows as your experience grows.
