Is this SS sill in business???
So I have had requests from this Signing Co for several years but usually only 2 or 3 a year. Recently did a signing back on March 19th and have yet to be paid. Phone number when called says leave a msg and someone will return call. During the last week I have made 5 calls and no one answers and I have left several messages to no avail.

I’ve marked this SS as inactive on my list. I did one assignment for them a couple of years ago and they gave me the run around when it came to paying me my fee. I did not relent and was finally paid by sending a final demand letter. They are also known for being non payers and/or late payers on one of the notary fb groups.

I have had Notary ASAP on credit hold for some time now, because they were unacceptable late paying.
Did you finally receive payment? I have sent a demand letter by certified mail so will see if I get a response.
After a long time and lots of requests for payment. May you have better luck than me. I put a flag on my contacts about them to not work for them again because of slow payment. They have to be bad, not just a long payment schedule.
When I started this biz in 2006, Velvet and company were one of the few companies I enjoyed working with. She paid like clockwork. All she would pay, however, was $100. When she couldn’t agree to any increases, we had to part ways.
Sorry to learn Notary ASAP has gone to the dark(er) side.

Only did one closing for them back in 2018. My records show they paid on time without any issues. They booked the order using Snapdocs. Since then, nothing, so my guess, they don’t do a lot of work in my area (IL)
In Citrus Heights CA there’s ASAP Signing Services but must be different.
Not familiar where Citrus Heights is as compared to where this one supposedly is in Orange California. Are they close together? Maybe it is the same company?
I’m not in CA at all. I reviewed my invoice file to see what I knew about Notary ASAP - ASAP Signing Service was all that came up. It was from 2023. Haven’t seen it since then. Sorry that wasn’t helpful I probably should have posted nothing.
After sending a certified demand letter I finally received an email check today. Was told it was sent in April but probably went to spam mail?? (Not likely)
Will see if my bank accepts it.

N ver had a problem with an echeck just be sure you endorse it correctly if you are using mobile deposit.

Notary ASAP in Orange, CA (owned by Velvet) is in Southern California.
ASAP Signing Services in Citrus Heights, CA (owned by Andrea) is in Northern California. This is a good company and Andrea is very fair in her dealings with notaries. Her pay schedule: Anything signed the 1st thru the 15th is sent on the 10th of the following month; Anything signed the 16th thru the 30th is sent on the 30th of the following month; pays by paper checks in USPS.
