When I first started as a signing agent years ago I was told there was no need to pay for leads and use such a platform because there are so many free one out there. Now that the business has slowed down I was just wondering if I would get more leads on some of the pay for leads platforms.
Do any of you use these platforms and if so are the worth the fees?
My two cents. NO.
They were con artists then, and they are con artists now ESPECIALLY because
business is slow. Some of these pay to plays are preying on notaries now especially because
it’s harder to get signings. Trust your gut intuition.

Even our NNA now has $100 listing fee at their new website. Wondering if anyone is having any success with it?
