Anybody every gotten a signing request that came through notary cafe? This was my first and it was with the closing group. It was a ridiculously low offer. Refi with 175 page packet for $70 and was in the county next to where I am. The email doesn’t let you counter their offer. It just let’s you decline with “fee to low.” I recieved two counter offers the last for $90 and I declined again. I guess they found somebody willing to do it for that or less since I never heard back.
Low offers are the norm EVERYWHERE these low demand/notary oversaturated times.

I have made up my mind I’m not doing a refi for that price. The least I have done a refi for was $100 and that was to low.
