It is under a tab that says shipping supplies - it took a minute to find. It’s there.
@jennjoneis I recently received a direct shipment from UPS of supplies.
The agent taking my order identified that there are certain items available to the “general public” calling in or placing supply orders online & there are other items that are specifically ONLY available to owners/employees of UPS locations.
For example, she said that the letter-sized cardboard “UPS Envelopes” are NOT available to the general public - ONLY to UPS locations.
I even had the specific Item # (kindly provided to me by the UPS Store Manager), but the answer was still “No, you aren’t able to order that item.”
So, I shared that information with the UPS Store Manager during my next trip to her store & she was as perplexed by that response as I was . . .

Just for grins, you may want to reach out to the UPS Customer Center via phone to place an order to see what items you can request. They will gladly guide you on their website if you’re endeavoring to locate a particular item.

NOTE: You may be wondering why I placed the supply order via phone . . .
I experienced a similar scenario that @Arichter identified in a separate thread:
UPS didn’t DELETE my account, they just zeroed out the number value of the supply items I could order, because they saw I never shipped under my account name. I explained, but they never yielded.
Until I read earlier today about being “a 3rd party shipper” I didn’t know the Magic Words to employ when interfacing with the UPS Supply Agent.
cNsa5 Thanks that’s great information! Time for some detective work 🕵🏽♂️🕵🏽♀️
Yep…MAGIC WORDS, indeed. I almost feel I may jinx this by putting it in writing: Since my phone call to UPS explaining the issue AND the UPS rep saying and 'making a note on my account that I am a "3rd party shipper", I have had no problems ordering any type of shipping supplies online.****
Arichter Thank you so much, very useful.
@jennjoneis – from your screen shot: Go to Packaging then scroll down to UPS Express Pak. Keep in mind you’ll also need the pouches for the labels.
Hope this helps.

Got it! THANK YOU!!!
You’re very welcome!
UPS and FEDEX both have the polypaks listed on their supplies list. Create a free account and have some mailed to you along with the sleeves
Worse comes to worse, you can buy poly mailers on eBay for about 10 cents each with free shipping. Even less sometimes. Yeah, I know everything is supposed to be free, but 10 cents per job is as close to free as it gets.
