Those are the sites that I’m subscribed to, and Notary Rotary is a good one also.
As you keep reading the comments in each forum you will get more and more knowledgeable of who’s worthy to do signings for, and who’s not. I’m talking about SS (Signing Services), TC (Title Companies) and Escrows.

I am not an authority on Remote Online Notarization, but I don’t think RON has hit mainstream for loan signings yet (if that’s what you’re looking for). Most are what they call hybrids, where some docs are signed online BUT others must be notarized on paper, in person & you’re doing the printing/traveling. For GNW, check out Notarize.com and NotaryCam (and be prepared to weep at the low fee you get).
