I have taken 2 signings with this company and both were with the Title Company; Silk. Silk has changed their pay schedule to 75 day pay. I did the two on 2/10 & 2/11 and still waiting. This is way too long and I will not accept assignments if Silk is the Title Company.
I’ve actually reached PCS about this in the past and explained that 90 days is not going to be acceptable. I find that Premium Closing Solutions can be faster than promised. I only take one or two a month because that’s my limit for extended pay dates. I can support one or two but try to avoid more than that. Not to mention SILK title has SO MANY notarized documents. So I limit how many I will take that’s for sure.

I don’t usually consider their offers until the middle of the month, becasue of their pay schedule being the end of the month following the month the signing was completed in, and I don’t take silk title signings from them or any other service. I am not in the business of loaning signing services or title companies money, interest free for 60-90 days. That’s just my way of doing business, but each to their own.
