I know this is a Notary Platform…can anyone give advice on becoming a process server…sometime notary’s and servers work together so I thought I would ask, thank you
Some states license and regulate process servers at the state level (exams, formal licensing boards, continuing education), some regulate at the county level like California does, and some states have essentially no registration requirement at all — anyone over 18 who isn’t a party to the case can serve papers so it just depends on your state’s requirements.
