Record keeping/invoicing/mileage tracking

Hi Everyone,

I’m a newbie. 2 signings so far yaayyy.

I have a few questions regarding record keeping. To keep everything organized and be seamless for filing taxes.

*Recommendations for tracking mileage, Do you utilize mileage apps?
*Tracking signings and fees, do you use Quick books?

What resources do you guys use?

I use NotaryGadget. I watched the YouTube Video by the owner with Notary Coach and did the free trial, and decided I liked it. I thought of comparing with Notary Assist to see what I thought of that also, but I quickly got swamped and did not have time to put double bookings in both software to test. It has a mileage calculator, tracks fees and notarial acts and most importantly syncs to my Google calendar, so I can keep my appointments straight. So far, so good. I’m happy… :smiley:
