Hi all! I’m fairly new to the game, and would like to become more familiar with the different loan signing packages. Is there an open source that provides sample documents for practice?
Miss Ma’am! Have you taken any of the loan signing courses?
Miss Ma’am! Of course I have. However, that doesn’t answer my question. Do you know of a free source? If not- thanks for your response.
Do you want me to send you the files I’m currently working on?
Sign and thrive by Bill Soroka has some free resources that might have what you are looking for.
Hello, when I was looking for information as a newbie a few months back, I got bits & pieces here & there. It was not until I ran across Coast2Coast University on YouTube, that I was able to get free, I mean free information & resources on loan packages. They have a lot of resources & they want to help notaries be the their best & error free. I signed up for their training emails. On their live training session, you can submit questions. I have not done one signing for them yet, but they still are will to provide me with resources. They are out of CA, & I am in FL. You just need to know the specifics for your state. I hope this help you as much as it has helped me.
Thank you! I’ll take a look.
It absolutely did help, thanks! I’ve been watching Signing Agent Basics on YouTube University (lol), but most of it is about how to market- which is extremely helpful. I have heard of C2C, so I’ll check out their videos. Thanks again!
I think bookkeeping is good too
There is a video on You Tube, “Free Mini Course for Loan Document Review” by Martin’s Notary Services.
