but where actually IS the “official signature template” though??? I have no emails from them. I have my Active Digital Certificate, commission and stamp uploaded. I’ve uploaded my signature in png form with no background several different ways but it keeps getting rejected. Where is this template they speak of? Anybody have any insight?
