Just got a request to do a Sellers Signing that’s 30 mins away and requires scan backs for $100. I guess my question since this would be a first seller signing if I was to accept it or if selected to accept it… How many pages would that include? That’s an entire package right?
In my experience, a seller’s package ranges from 20-60 pages. It shouldn’t take longer than about 30 minutes, depending on the type of signer.

$100 is acceptable for a seller only signing. I usually get $100-125…almost everywhere in VA where I service is usually 30 mins away. Also, good experience.

That’s not bad for a seller package. Those types of closings are usual small and pretty easy.
