Servicenet/EXOS

Good morning all. I am in the process of onboarding for the above. Any comments or suggestions on their Auto assignment vs individual response? TIA

@Tfmoore2001 Excellent question! :partying_face:

By any chance did you find the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?

Wondering if you meant to type “ServiceLink/EXOS,” which is how most members identify that business entity.
.

This information is a GOLDMINE!

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show 20 separate threads (in addition to yours) about this particular topic. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. :sparkles::tulip:

Search results for '"exos"' - Notary Cafe Forums

Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:

I did the search and received no info

What company are you asking about? Is it ServiceLink/EXOS? If so, I’ve worked with them. They’re a good company, as far as signing companies go. I signed a ton of orders with them. They provided pretty consistent business. But I didn’t like their fees enough to take auto assignments. As far as other work, they’re good. At least they were before they started lowering their fees.

Agree. EXOS is not only a PITA, the fees are way too low when auto-assigned.

I accepted a HELOC for $70 assuming it would be 50 pages or less ( it was 6 minutes from me, so it would have been worth it). It came in at well over 100 pages! When I asked for a fee increase, they gave me $12!!! $12?!?! I then noticed in the figues hidden in the closing docs that they charge the borrower $145 for notary service! DISGUSTING!!

I believe this is the new signing platform for National Link. I just did a signing for them and when there was a problem, I tried to contact them thru this platform. Luckily, I had an email from the closing coordinator previously so I emailed her. She said she did not get any notice of the issue and indicated they weren’t connected to the platform. for messages. There was no scanback. Otherwise they look ok. Just hard to contact if you have a problem as no one on their list of contacts was available to take my call. They do contact me by phone for the initial assignment.
