I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to contact Sign With Trust? I did a GNW job back in Sept of 2024 and have not been paid. I have contacted the phone number 407-602-5136 and left multiple messages. I have emailed info@signwithtrust.com multiple times. I have gone on the platform and sent the invoice twice. I have messaged through social media sites. I did read somewhere that they do not use Closewise as their platform any longer, so I’m not sure if they still use it and if they are getting the invoices. I did send another email just today to that info@signwithtrust.com and it got kicked back to me. I’m wondering if anyone has been in this same boat and was able to reach them? Thank you
Never heard of nor worked with them, but website is still up and active.
@howardtrisha77 Hmmm . . . no direct experience with this business entity; however, I was able to locate 3 separate threads for you via the Search Function within the Notary Cafe database.
You may find it productive to reach out to the individuals who posted about working with that business entity for their contact data with that business entity. It appears that everyone who has made a decision to work with that business entity expresses EXTREME CAUTION/AVOID, etc.

As a new loan signing agent I find it so unscrupulous there are “businesses” out there not paying people for worked performed. Even more concerning are the number of title and escrow companies that still contract with these businesses.
I love the idea of reaching out to escrow and holding all paying parties accountable. Its unacceptable, but I am thankful for communities like this that provide transparency to the industry by sending warnings and not letting others fall prey to the same lack of integrity these non-paying entities display.
Thank you! These replies are very handy. I had searched the company on here back in Sept and did not see any info on them. I had also searched on the deadbeat FB page and found nothing.

Glad you’ve found the information Helpful!
Hopefully, you’ve been able to reach out to the Title/Escrow Company [T/EC] for this file to request some support/assistance . . .

This was general notary work. There are no escrow or title companies to reach out to unfortunately.
It is not the best part of the job but I’ve done over 150 signings and this is the only nonpayment, so far. I don’t like saying ‘so far’ but it’s a reality. I do appreciate the help with handling it from this forum and the FB group for ‘deadbeat’ signing services. Although this one is not on the list, I am going to try and get it on there so many others know about it. I know that when I took the job, there was no information out there regarding their non payment. It has since popped up which is a bummer.
@howardtrisha77 Hmmm . . .
You’ll benefit from following the guidance I provided above as seen the the excerpt that follows:
" You may find it productive to reach out to the individuals who posted about working with that business entity for their contact data with that business entity. It appears that everyone who has made a decision to work with that business entity expresses EXTREME CAUTION/AVOID, etc."

@howardtrisha77 Valid statement!
With the increase of Professional Signing Agents [PSAs] inability to garner Signing Orders [SOs] certain unscrupulous training programs (i.e., falsely claimed 6-figure, etc.) advise them to start a Signing Service [SS] . . .
Unfortunately, those new SS owners haven’t given serious consideration to all of the requirements and responsibilities of launching that new business & they quickly discover they’re short of cash to pay PSAs who have provided the professional services in support of their newly-launched endeavor . . .

They @signwithtrust are on Notary Cafe. Maybe this tag will ger Ms. Davids to respond.
I am not sure how these companies are still in business after stiffing so many notaries on their fees. I have never worked with this company before but I have a personal blacklist of signing companies with whom I will never again work, due to their penchant for non-payment or late payment; I think I’ll add this one to that list, just to be safe. It’s hard enough trying to grow a business in this inflation-heavy economy with all the low-ball fees; having to deal with non-payment on top of that is just egregious.

I just had my second uncollectible order payment since I’ve became a notary back in 2020. It was with Sign With Trust. If you’ve seen my methodology for how I collect my fees on this forum, you know that I work very hard to collect what’s owed me. I used it all on Sign With Trust and got nowhere. Sign With Rust is what I call them. Sometimes you get beat.
Thanks to someone on the deadbeat signing service page on FB I found this company on Instagram and just posted every day on their events ‘This company does not pay their notaries WARNING - RESEARCH them before doing business with them’. My comments continued to get deleted (for three weeks). Finally on the 12th I got a notification through Found .com that I was paid. I ended up getting $50 instead of $40. This either indicates that they still don’t know how to do bookkeeping or were trying to make up for the 323 day wait with a $10 buffer. I’m thankful I can just move on and get my notary gadget all cleared up. CAUTION/DON’T USE

Oh my goodness . . . a 323-day wait for remuneration of the professional services you successfully provided!
WoW!
That is completely UNACCEPTABLE. ![]()
