Has anyone heard of and are doing business with National Loan Closings?
Yes I am and they are working well for me. They pay on a 30-45 day spam, but they do pay. So far I have not had any problems from them. Usually their docs are good just pay attention to the dates if there is a wrong date they expect you to catch it. I like doing business with LPC. Also National Loan Closing is a closing board and Loan Processing Closers are the ones that hire you. I hope that helps.

NLC is ok. They pay decent. They didn’t tell me there was an issue with my W-9 until I inquired why I had not been paid, but oncology e that was fixed, I got paid and no issues. They don’t tell you if a loan has been cancelled though until the last minute or after it has passed. You just have to stay on them.
they are great…high volume…paper work is clean and after you close a few you will get through their package in about 30 mins…they are negotiable…
Yes I have worked with them for years, they are a good company. I have been happy with them so far, they pay on time.
See my post FLnotary1. They have a 60 day pay schedule that they don’t adhere to. They will not respond to communications about late or missing payments.
I have a closing tomorrow at 3 pm that is 45 miles away from my office. I just called about when I will get doc’s and their replay was sometime tomorrow. I asked if I could have them before 9 a.m. because I have other signings tomorrow and when I leave the office I will not be back until the end of the day. Their respond was, “we will assign it to another notary then.”
That was not the right answer. I forgot to mention, I live in hills of Pennsylvania and there are not that many Signing Agents around this area that wants to do business out side of the city. On a scale of 1 to 10…I give them a 4 for today.
I find it ludicrous that we have to wait 30+ days to get paid. We all know or should know they are paid upfront with $$$ before a package can be sent out for closing.
I will not take any closings unless the pay turnaround is 15 to 30 days. Some companies pay me the next day by PayPal.
