Has anyone had a pleasure of working with this spectacular signing service?

I worked with them, but no longer. Their client is Network Capital. There is a huge disconnect, because Network Capital and the Escrow office upload their documents two separate times. Signing Services Of American still expect you to attend the scheduled signing even if the escrow documents are not there. They will not pay for two separate trips. Bad business.

Well, now…that is sure a strange way to run a railroad. They expect you to print & go without all the necessary docs? And then make a 2nd trip for free when the escrow docs show up? No, thank you.

Oh, my word! I have a weird story for them as well but I am in the middle of it, so I will post about it soon. Crazy Pants!!!
