Is anyone else having issues getting paid by @SigningAgents? They owe me $500 with my first signing with them dating back to Nov 2025. After several email exchanges and reasons why they haven’t paid, I’m always told the payment will go out within the week and still nothing!
I hate to reach out to the Title companies, but I also hate not being paid.
Call Title…always 1st step after ‘promises made & broken’.
Not familiar with who that is. I’d call them twice a week until they paid me. But I’d have started doing that in January.
They are usually super behind on payments; usually they will not send you payment unless you follow up with them; but Kevin is usually responsive with me;
It’s not your fault you must reach out to the Title Company. Don’t be naive about your collections otherwise you are being used and setting others up for the same. Do you think Title or Attorney are not going to be paid? And that signing company has already been paid. They just used your money for their own.
