SNAPDOCS lowball

Do you guys notice that snapdocs often lowball offers? Does anyone here work for snapdocs that can give some insight on how this works?

I notice when i get loan docs, the notary fees that are being charged to the client are like 250 but they are offering like 65 to the notary.

Earl. You are supposed to open a burner account, not use your real name and give us insight. :)

How to locate the historical data?

You’re able to locate the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic & many others . . .

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been generously contributed by your sagacious fellow business owners over the years . . .

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

SPECIAL NOTE: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .

I counter offer everything from snapdocs. It doesn’t matter to me what anyone is offering I tell them my fee. Sometimes they pay it. That’s all we can do.

@lromero.notary Yes, that lament is quite common these days with various business entities on that particular platform . . .

Sorry I don’t lie so I won’t have what you call a burner acccount

I refuse SnapDoc vendors all the time. I get offers…we will pay you $25.00 to travel 200 miles for a 200 page (400 page w/ copies) document. Don’t feel like you need to accept them in order to work. We are not here to provide a free service. I send them the “bid” (that term irritates me) and they take it or not. Believe me, the ones accepting the lowball offers do not stay around for long and then the vendors come back making reasonable offers. You just have to wait it out.
