SnapDocs Rating

Just reaching out re:SnapDocs platform. To see if Anyone else feels the same way
I feel like SnapDocs should allow us to see our ratings and thumbs up.
A company could totally make crap up if they decided or if they were the problem but wanted to put the blame somewhere else anyways we should be able to see our rating! How can one improve if they dont.
Also there should be a rating system for us. We should be able to rate those who hire us
The app is totally in favor of the company’s rather than us who are on the line
Anyways I wanted to contact SnapDocs and state that we should be able to see our rating
But figured if I am the only one they wont change
If we each sent an email then they would.
One of their competitors show the rankings of Notary’s so there is no reason they can not

As hiring parties pay for the SnapDocs platform and notaries don’t, SD has no reason to give a hoot about what notaries want to see.

Which competitior? Also, they are aware of this. I believe the only way they’ll fix it is if people stop using their platform completely. That would cause a small upset but I don’t see that happening.

I’m pretty sure SD takes a cut off the top of our fees, particularly if the client company is using Vendorpay.

SD has a sliding fee scale for client companies. The more it’s used by a co., the cheaper each ‘search’ gets…but it ain’t cheap! Long ago, they had a webpage with their fees listed, but I believe those fees have changed–not for the better… At that time, SD charged a high volume user $10/pop with incremental increases up to $25 for a low volume user.

Heh, once they get a lot of companies on board, think you’ll see a captive user who’s own database is sooo out of date that they’ll have little choice but to continue to work with SD–then watch the fees to users increase, which will result in fees decreasing for notaries.

And then there’s the dumb notaries who think SD is the greatest thing since sliced bread and keep track of ALL their business on the SD site–whereby they PROVIDE SD with a list of companies/business to go after.

I noted that little hook the first time I studied SD - and I’ll bet you did, too. Give ANYONE all the contact info for my clients? (Inelegant snort) Yeah, right.

I can see thumbs up on my profile and my rating on SD.

My complaint is that I spend a lot of my days driving to my assignments. When those texts come up, if you don’t respond within a minute or two, you lose the job. When they come in while I’m on the road, it is unlawful and dangerous for me to respond. My other clients call me. I answer on speaker phone and it’s done within minutes.

Tell us your method of seeing ‘thumbs up’. All I can see is my ranking…which is either high, medium or low and seems to depend only on how much info I have provided (credentials, photo).

It will be in the order, not on the dashboard /home page. It will either say “consumer feedback not available” or “thumbs up from consumer.” This information is in the section where “signing complete” is located. In most cases it will say not available because either the consumer didn’t receive the option to rate us or they rated us negatively.

Where do you see them at

I have a terrible experience with SnapDoc , since I signed fo that I am not able to get any signing and no matter how fast I respond to the text still I do not get any signing ,sometimes it seems they already choose the signing agent and after that they send a text, and also I do not know which company I am dealing with, and when I asked one of the title company for signing , he told me they have to choose it from SnapDoc !!! I
is anybody can help me and let me know where I am doing wrong that I did not get any signing last two months for those reason , any suggestion and recommendation will appreciate, please help me

Call one of your preferred vendors and ask for a verbal summary of what your feedback and rating is! They are precluding from sharing it directly with you, however… “ask and you shall receive”. Be proactive, asked to marked as a favorite! Ask for the thumbs up! Ask for positive comments when you deserve them! It worked for me in my practice! Snapdocs represents a small portion of my practice. Usually between $500-$800 per month. $125 average with 12 miles or so travel.

Also, its not worth nuisance from chronic low ballers! I have calibrated my standards as I am sick of the interruptions from Companies that I never work for. We all get messages from frequent low ballers … you know C2C etc. I just block them all and don’t miss the intrusions!

Happy New Year and lets all keep sharing our wisdom on here!
