I don’t see any new thread on Solidifi, and wondered if anyone else had experienced an account review that lasted weeks?
It’s been over a month and I continue to see Your Account is under Review message. Anyone have feedback on that?

I finally just gave up. I sent a couple of emails checking on the status and never got any response. This was months later.
Maybe it reflects area saturation - no idea.
That’s what I figured. I guess if they have spots open up they will let me know.
I’ve gone about 2 years in review. Someone scheduled a phone interview with me on my busiest day of the week this week because that’s when they do their calls. Sure, fine… We’ll chat while I drive. I get an email at the call time that they got stuck in a meeting and that I can call her up to 9 pm. I was in closings and travel until 9 pm that day. No call and I’m still in review… ![]()
My Solidifi profile has been in review for 3 months now.
My review lasted like 2 months I went over my profile to make sure they had everything then emailed Natalie , she said they were still reviewing then one day I got an email saying I was good to go. Maybe email them “checking in” and asking if they need anything further from you , maybe it will nudge things along?
My review took minutes, but I think it also has to do if you are Fidelity approved and NSA approved with an NNA background check.
It also has to do with area saturated. Sometimes they don’t add new notaries.
@dgsdesigns Yes, my direct experience mirrors yours . . . ![]()
Purely speculation; however, more than likely there is a “formula” with ‘checkboxes’ of their desired certifications, experience, etc. that they utilize and then temper it by the availability of professional signing agents [PSAs] in the region.

What I’ve noticed is, if you aren’t available when they call for an “interview” they don’t call back so you have to follow up. I’ve finally been onboarded pending the background check. The first time they require their own background check and after that the NNA background check is accepted. Initially they require Sterling.
