Most Hybrids I do are for Rocket Close. Those are only approximately 28 pages. the only docs to be wet-signed are the notarized docs and possibly the Note.
My question: I keep seeing blast offers from Mortgage Connect for Hybrids with 150+ pages. If there’s that many pages for the paper signing, what does the electronic portion cover?
I do work with Mortgage Connect from time to time (when they meet my fees). Obviously, I haven’t accommodated one of their Hybrids. ![]()
