I couldn’t post on his page because he’s not my friend but I sent him a message…lets see what happens…this is so frustrating!
I am having the same problem as everyone else. They owe me 5 payments and they do not respond. This is sad for us as notaries when we do the work with hopes to get paid. To write off bad debt is a hard thing for small business owners. I just wish his attorney or someone would reach out to us.
I have called several times and emailed. Still no payment for a closing in July! This is nuts. Very unperfessional.
This is terrible, I have been a victim of them too. While doing some Googling it looks like there is a website that is going to take action against them because they wants everyone to come together and send info.

Noways, I am inclusing a preprinted insert into all my loan packets being returned.
It warns the disbursement office of legal action if the notary signing service they contracted does not disburse the amount right away.
I seem to be getting paid fast, but then those signing agencies never contact me again.
Meanwhile, I am also kicking up a ruckus , by emailing many title / abstract /lenders about the shady practices of signing services.
As a result, some title, such as CARRINGTON have TOTALLY STOPPED using signing services.
They are now paying upwards of 120 $ per signing directly.
Lets sing kumbaya now.

Notary Spot has met my fee ($100), and I get paid. Not many signings from this service, but they’re okay. Obviously I prefer working with signing services that direct deposit to my bank,notify the day before with list of signings being paid on. Doesn’t get any better than that.
Do you have the money in hand? They still owe me money.
Did you get paid? When did they pay you? When was your assignment?
Has anyone had any luck collecting or know of a new address or the bankruptcy attorney’s name?
I always got paid by them. I think. I’d better check.
