I have done many signings for The Notary Spot but they got paid and kept the money!
After Googling I found this website that looks like they are going to take a class action against them.

Yea…me too! I did a search and found many, many, many more notaries that got stiffed! I read that the owner has other companies registered in other states, but I don’t know the names of those companies. I need to find out, so that I put them on my DEADBEAT list!
This crooks has taking my money as well; I would like to be part of any Law suit against them. Please contact me with additional information.
I will contacting the Title companies and the borrower, I hope the borrowers’ contact there bank and file a complaint.

Same here!! I am very aggressive when it come to collecting when I am owed. However, these crooks didn’t even budge.
Indeed yes! The Notary Spot asked me to do a long-distance travel signing with scanbacks in July. I completed that signing for them. Five months later I finally got ahold of the title company who informed me that they are no longer using The Notary Spot because they had heard from other notaries that they also had not been paid. (Of course the title company had already paid Notary Spot so could not/would not pay me-the actual notary.) I would truly like to know if the owner of The Notary Spot is still out there under another company name!
I have been with for about 6 months now. I think that its horrible for people to not pay us for services rendered. I would gladly participate in any lawsuit against them.
Yes count me in as well. I have made several attempts to collect payments form signings that were completed in July, 2016.
