I get alerts from them every other day, and Iā€™ve accepted every one. However, Iā€™ve never gotten a single job because in the 2.5 seconds it takes to respond, the job gets taken. So, itā€™ll basically be like someone dangling a donut in front of your face every other day and then you jumping up to grab it while they yank it away lol. Itā€™s been about a month of this, so farā€¦

My experience is exactly the same as yours. I got it down that I can respond within the same 2.5 secondsā€”but still the assignment has already been taken. You need to call/talk with Michael Crowder who runs Timios day-to-day and complain to himā€”like I do about every 2 weeks (still doesnā€™t do any good, but I enjoy annoying him).

Iā€™ve only had a few with Timios since our relationship is new, but they are great! Great communication and professional. Very nice to deal with. I look forward to more closings for them!

I have had 3 signings with Timios and each one has been horrible. They never answer phone for questions to be answered at the after hours signings. One signing had an additional name on the documents that was not suppose to be there. Whoever put my information in their system put my address wrong and after four months they still do not have it corrected. All three checks have been mailed to the wrong address and I have had to call and email to get the check sent to the correct address. Michael Crowder is a fluke.

Timios has been one of my reliable clients. Never a bounced check and paid on time.

Several months back the number of signings dropped off, fees declined, and their online advertising in my area (central Texas) went up. I never saw them on Facebook, but their paid advertising (number of ads) has recently increased. I suspect like many SS, theyā€™re trying to pull in more business or lost a few TCs recently.

I get only a few closing notifications recently. I used to get like 5 a week. Its really slowed with Timios. I used to rely on their work.

Yeah this week slowed WAY down for me. Even my general notary work calls went silent and I usually have at least a couple a day. Must be something in the air.

Same here. The middle two weeks of October were ā€œOkā€. Last week as slow. Next week I usually have about 5 on the calendar, only have two so far.

What advertising do you use for the general work?

I donā€™t advertise. People find my website through google and word of mouth referrals.

That happens to me too, it drives me crazy, like how does it go in 2 sec that is so crazy. On a good note they are great company to work with. Pay is good and always pay on time. I love this company. Just wish I could grab them as fast as someone else.
