Trouble With Printers

I am a new notary and when I went to buy a printer the only thing I could get without paying 800.00 is the Brother HLL6200 DW the problem is it only has one paper tray. You can buy a second tray but no one has them I have spent hours looking for one .I wanted to know how much you really use Legal size paper with these Docks also if they want a fax back cannot you scan it and send an email. Thank you

You want the Brother 6800 MFC with the extra tray. You will pay between $550 and $650. However, the single machine will handle all your printing and scanning needs.

You can use the multipurpose tray and it will allow you to print both, letter and legal.

I bought the Brother 6200 for $219 and the extra tray for $169 at Amazon a couple weeks ago. I think the tray is $190 now. I’ve had an MFC 3770 and 3750cdw that worked well except no dual tray. I love how fast the docs print on the 6200.

I need a resource for a ‘test document’ that has both page sizes in it so I can experiment with on my new dual tray laser printer…I’m trying to work out the kinks with this crazy printing dilemma before accepting my first signing. Any suggestions?

I am having trouble with my HP M404dw. It prints the pages in order and prints the proper type page but…It only prints the first page of the legal pages correctly, It moves the print on the second and subsequent pages down and cuts it off. I have to go back and print each legal page individually. Wasting time and paper. HP can’t figure it out. I updated adobe no change in printing. I went through preferences and unchecked the enhanced security also. At a loss.
