Unproffesionalism of Loan Pro Closings

I am writing this to warn fellow notaries about the highly unprofessional communication tactics used by Loan Pro Closings.

After receiving a text blast for a signing, I accepted the assignment and countered with my fee. The service texted me back to actively verify my counter-offer. I immediately replied to confirm. Around this time, I noticed the order status on the platform was updated to “rescheduled.”

Instead of confirming the job or communicating the status of the fee approval, the scheduler went completely silent. They ghosted my replies, leaving my schedule completely in limbo without any follow-up or common courtesy.

Ugh, so annoying!! I had the same thing happen today but worse. I was actually given the assignment by Cohesion Signing Service, I got the notification as I was walking in the door of a signing. As I do not touch my phone nor look at any communications while meeting with people out of respect for their time. I figured I would call and confirm once I got back in the car. Well an hour later I return to my car where I begin to get frustrated because I can not access the order. I am also turning down other assignments during this time and then come to find out they reassigned it because I had not opened the order within 50 Minutes, but didn’t communicate that with me until I repeatedly called and left messages and emails.

These companies do not seem to realize that if they expect us to communicate they should as well. It is so unprofessional and stressful for us to have our schedules in limbo.

Hope the rest of your day gets better.

No confirmation = no reservation on my end. I don’t hold my schedule open waiting on a maybe.

I text to confirm from my car on those kind of assignments. I do what’s necessary.

Normally I do as well, however today I was literally walking through the door into a clients house when I felt my phone vibrate but did not take it out to look. I figured whatever it was could wait for 45-50 minutes as I want to give my undivided attention to the clients I am sitting with. Oh well live and learn.
