Hello, I did a job for Cohesion Signing Service back in October about 90 days ago. I still have not been paid. I have sent numerous emails and invoices and left voicemails (although she says that they are not checked on her message). No response from Cohesion. Any advice on what to do next? I did one other job for them before this and got paid.
Call Title and report (it reflects on their business practices, too).

This just happened to me as well. Been trying to reach them for payment from a signing in mid October. No response whatsoever
Today at 4:45pm, I called the title company and explained the situation. He gentleman was extremely nice and told me he would reach out to his closers as they are close with the owner of Cohesion. Said I would see a resolution within 1-2 days. 15 mins later I had my payment

No, it was a small title company
Stewart Title usually goes through signature closers and pays fast.

Just to update on this…I called the Escrow Officer and she was very nice. I told her that I was not looking for payment from them, but wanted to let her know that I was never paid by Cohesion. She called them immediately and they said they had talked to me and they were sending a check. This was a lie, they never responded to multiple emails or voicemails. Anyway, no check from them. Do not work for Cohesion!
Another update! I finally received a check today!! It only took 4 1/2 months, 7 emails, numerous calls to them and to the title company, but I got paid! I can’t say that I would take another job from them, but at least they finally paid!
What happened between 1/28 and 3/7? Did you have to call Title again to get paid? If it was left alone after Title called & Cohesion lied about it, I think I’d give Title another call and thank them for helping you get the 4 1/2 month late check. Maybe it’ll inspire Title to use a better SS…or call you Direct!
