Based on recent reports and discussions, it appears that while Cloud Signings LLC’s website is still active and the company claims to be in business, there are many claims of non-payment and poor business practices from notaries who have worked with them. There are reports that Cloud Signings is now operating under the name “Mortgage Connect Closings”. This suggests a potential change in branding or operations, possibly in response to negative reviews or practices

They are a little slower to pay for sure. The main issue I have is that they send about 30 text message requests a day for 1 signing regardless of availability. I’ve asked them to remove me from the list for that signing and they don’t. It’s caused me to miss out on a few other signings from other companies because I eventually get so overwhelmed with checking my phone every 2 seconds.
Mortgage Connect is not Cloud.
