So I emailed many many Escrow officers near me and finally one offered me a job, and I was very familiar and I took a 9:30 pm job that someone canceled on, I dropped docs off next day and I got her a gift card and wrote a small letter about how thankful I was that she used me. Now (2 weeks later) I’ve had 2 jobs through a signing service which that escrow officer is using instead of using me directly! I don’t know what to do or how to get her to start using me directly! I even followed up asking if there was any signings for the day awhile back and she said she’d let me know but now I’m getting nothing !
Don’t give up. If you’re new, they sometimes want more experience first. Title 365 told me that. If you’re not new, there are some that’s national but can work with you in your own mileage area if available. One example is Title 365. Also, reach out to our seasoned vets and inquire on some positive title companies.
Also sometimes the company has a contract with the signing services to use them. You can always let them know to request you through them.

Keep marketing and signing up for signing services. You cant put all your eggs in one basket.
