Should I pay 99 dollars for a premier membership to Notary Rotary? On one of the signing agent listings, the website indicates that one needs to be a Premier Member in order to obtain their contact information. I am just getting started, so I don’t know which agents to sign up with/how to contact them.

I can’t speak on the paid membership but Notary Quest has a list of signing services that you can access for free. I get a lot of business from Signing Order which is a database that signing services use to find notaries. NotaryGO is another signing service that a lot of newer notaries like. Good luck!
