When to apply with Bancserv

Would anyone happen to know what time bancserv typically allows notaries to test on the 1st of each month? Is it midnight or during business hours early in the morning?

I don’t believe that it’s midnight. I logged on first thing yesterday morning (1/1) around 9am EST and registration wasn’t open yet.

I logged on again sometime around 2-3pm EST and was able to register/take the test. Their website says that registration is open until 5pm PST, but unfortunately doesn’t say what time registration opens.

Thank you for the response. I wasn’t accepted this month, but best believe I’ll be back February 1st :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

It’s on the 1st of the month. I did not pay attention to time. I took the test and passed it. I was not accepted because I do not have at least 10 loan assignments completed. I guess I’ll wait until I do.

Bancserv is not a company for newbies imo.One mistake your out for 30 days 2 abd your done. I LOVE bancserv the only issue is they want communication all thru process i.e confirmed at signers leaving closed docs dropped etc

I don’t understand why your response to my request for the best time of the day to apply would be an attempt to try and discourage me from being on their platform. I’ll let Bancserv decide if I’m qualified. We should all come here to encourage one another. There’s room for all of us to succeed

What do they ask, or what are their prerequisites in to be accepted?
I want to apply, but wonder how they rate the applicants

There is a Notary signing agent quiz that you take time you register. I think it was about 25 to 30 questions. You have to pass with a 75% score or better.
