I’m new to this field and am looking for recommendations on how or where to attract business. I have gone through some of the other conversations but most are outdated. So far I have done some cold calling to my local title/escrow/mortgage companies to introduce my self. I’ve also swung by locations with baked treats and business cards to do some face to face intro’s.
I’m not particularly fond of relying on signing agencies, especially the ones that charge, due to the overwhelming evidence online that most are fraud/scams. However NotaryCafe seemed like a good place to start with my inquiries seeing that the audience seems to be real notaries not bots. That being said i’ll appreciate all the guidance and information you all have to share.
