I prefer inspire closing and Amrock packages.
Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Pro. Less paper, less notarization, pre-filled date, no scan back even on non-owner occupied.
So far Service Link is on point. Not only do they give you complete packages they often will give them to you two or more days ahead of time. Their Exos system is easy to use and I am totally impressed with their system overall.
Im still waiting on my first service link order
lol… hush… I have gotten 6 assignments since I started with them in a week. Thank goodness cause everyone else has been crickets. I sadly had to turn two down today alone as they could not meet my minimum payment request. I hated to do it… but had no choice.
i dont link service link
Well I’m jealous! I haven’t event even received a notification. The only thing I’ve gotten was their request for me to be assigned for RON signings, which I have completed. Maybe I need to change some of my settings.
It could be a lot of things. Are you on any auto assignments? Are your fees competitive with other agents in your area? Are there a lot of agents in your area? That’s okay I’m jealous of you and your Amrock connection. I can’t get in there to save my life… lol. They say too many agents in my area.
Yes, your right. I am in a saturated area and I would not agree to the low fees when being set up. As far as Amrock I don’t even know how i got in since the initially said they were not taking any more in my area. I’m thinking they may have lost some agents.
I send them emails every week. Eventually, they will get tired of me and just let me in the club.
Amrock doesn’t pay much and i’m sure the area is competitive so, if you want the 75/ signing.
Now that’s what Im talking bout! lol
Who is rocket pro?? I know of rocket mortgage/ amrock
How do you sign up for Rocket Mortgage?
I’ve been trying to get business with them?
Appreciate the help?
We all know who Rocket Pro is. I’m amazed you do not.
Title 365 is the best in the west, lot of signings for Wells Fargo!
For ease of work, Amrock closings are usually the best but you have to pay strict attention to the signature line. If there is an AKA mentioned the complete signature is required. In 2021 I did a lot of cleanup work for notaries who must have accepted the lower fee and didn’t know how to complete the certificates correctly. Amrock packages typically do not require a scan back and only one copy is printed as the Rocket Mortgage has the docs up on their portal. For older clients, (and this is usually a guess as I don’t ask them) I like to take them at minimum, a copy of their note, deed and CD. Not everyone has a printer at home or is computer savvy.
Amrock recruited me back in 2020 but I wasn’t happy with their fee structure and at the time notaries were able to ask premium fees. Now they are no longer looking for agents in my area so in the long run I should have signed up when I had the chance.
If you don’t mind heavy work, some companies will take you on board. Their packages usually are in the 200 page count and there are myriad incomplete certificates, lots of extra certificates that need swapping out and a scanback. In tough times those less attractive packages are available. For Lenders I find Chase, Wells Fargo, Navy Credit Union, BofA and some of the Credit Unions have less complicated packets. Providence is also clean with few notarizations but each signing must be flawless with no mistakes and precise instructions. My first Providence Loan I was so nervous I brought an extra set of documents to swap out any errors and reviewed three times before shipping.
