Which printer companies have CSR/support based in the US? NOT outsourced to overseas?

I am currently using a HP color laser printer. I bought it less than 1 year ago and thinking to get another one from Brother.

I like HP Printers, however, it’s been horrible to troubleshoot issues with their customer services, which seems to be based in South Asia. Frankly speaking I never had any good experience with outsourced customer services.

Does Brother have support in the US? Any other companies have customer service based in the US? I am ditching HP just because the customer service. To me software is equally or more important than the hardware.

I know Canon has support in the U.S. and I think Epson does as well. However, Epson only does (proprietary costly ink) inkjet printers. Canon depending on the series has expensive toner in which you need to cut off the “chip” to use 3rd party toner.
