For whatever it is worth, I am also a semi retired real estate agent. One of the things I do is valuations for banks, primarily for loans these days. Most months I manage to grab (yes, first come thing) up to, at most 20. In April, I did 50! That tells me a lot of refis right now. Since lenders have a habit of pushing loan signing until just close to the end of the loan lock, I anticipate an increase shortly!!

it slowed down for me a couple of weeks ago. I added 60 new zip codes in my area on signingorder.com and it turned around fast. Costs me $12 per month and worth it.
