Hi

www.premiumclosingsolutions.com… They were formerly called GLOBAL NOTARY.

Global Notary would offer only $60 on loans, keep themselves a huge portion of fees. Their staff & manager were rude and called perhaps many times over phone/email to the point of harassment, to micromanage and keep tabs on notary every move.

I guess for the very beginner notary , desperate to learn it is better, but then it gets annoying, and stressful , that you get to the point of jumping off a cliff.

Now this company a few others merged / or got purchased / and perhaps the same owner / management / staff are running the show and ruining notaries lives.
Orders are at $75 and payment , You can only guess. After many days.

Has anyone taken up orders from this company and what are your experiences. I would stay and advise others to stay away.

I have dinne work for them. Waiting for the 30 days to pass to see what thr pay attitude will be

No notary should “WAIT” .

                     Nowadays, I have two rules.

                    1. PAYMENT UPON SETTLEMENT !!
                    2. $250 Closing fee for me.

So that rules out “ALL SIGNING AGENCIES” All they do is just pimp us out and collect the fee and keep a sizable major portion . I tell them, put me at $250 and Do Not call me unless you can meet the two condition

I had an interesting run in with this company. My first job with them actually. When payment was due, 45 business days later, I got an email that said I missed a signed notarized document. Yes, you heard that correctly, 45 days later. I asked for them to email me the original document that I “forgot to sign”. They said they didn’t have the original document, which didn’t make sense, and would email me a new one to have signed and notarized at my expense. I found that highly suspicious 1st off being I double check my work to make sure I don’t miss anything when I leave the client’s house, especially when it’s over an hour away and 2ndly they didn’t have the document that was partially signed. The company told me I would have to “prove” that I didn’t get the document that they claimed they provided. Of course I’m not able to go online and see the documents on signingorder after it’s been closed and they know this, they also know that we are supposed to erase anything about the client after the job is done.
So, I told them that I would have the client look in their documents that I gave them for their records during our signing appointment and that one document should be in their packet. I got a quick phone call from the company stating that they would pay me again regardless, to just go out there and have the document signed.
I think the company realized I found a way to prove this document was never provided to me to begin with. It wasn’t in the clients copies, when they looked through their set of documents. I was promised I would be paid for my first job that was now past due and I asked the company to send me an email stating this. Anytime I do a job for them in the future, I scan the documents and upload them into the portal to cover myself from future issues. I might also add that I kept all emails and text messages from the client as proof. It’s always beneficial to document these types of encounters.
