To All Notary Cafe Members:
Surprisingly . . . even though there is an extensive history of Non-Payment , this business continues to operate . . .
FYI: Just received a request for an ASAP signing this afternoon.
Thank You to ALL who have shared their direct experience working with this Signing Service [SS] that has an extended history over MANY YEARS of non-payment . Review the Notary Cafe threads that follow:
Hello fellow Notaries. I have read about several not getting paid by Notaries in Action. I was suppose to receive pay from the on Sept 30, 2025. I have worked with Notaries in Action in June, but have NOT received payment from them YET! I have called many times and emailed as well with no successful response. They have answered the phones, and keep saying that my payment will be sent within 24-48 hours, but I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT. I am writing this to warn other notaries from falling into the same predicament. Beware.
Hi, I have a question for the forum. Does anyone have an experience with Notaries in Action? Iβm new to loan signing, but this organization added my credentials to Notary Dash and created an account with Notary Dash. Is this normal behavior for a signing company?
thanks,
Petronia
