Your office does not pay invoices at 0 to 45 days example number 83990 and 89299
Your office does NOT LIST FILE name, date closed and file number on Echecks paid
Your dashboard does not provide INVOICES or send eta on payments for closed files
Your office requested covid 19 vaccine status (private information) for preffered signing agent status
Your office micro manages notaries with calls and emails for status BEFORE and
AFTER signing
Lastly my favorite… From the signing table last year in Del Mar, CA. The borrower signed
package DID NOT INCLUDE THE NOTE. You requested that I correct lender/title error and
drive 50 miles next day to have missing note signed. I called from the signing table to advise of the missing note, no one answered the phone after hours.
Pac Doc notary service has user friendly dashboard, prints invoices from dashboard, files that signed 8/25, they sent email for eta on payment on 9/20, and payment received and check
received via usps 9/25
Not recommending Prestige notary or notary dash to any notary looking for loan signing business
Notary Dash/ Coast2Coast, thought they were clever and refused to pay me for someone not listed on the contract not being there. They did not set it up as a 2 part signing and chose to hold me liable for that. I confirmed the appointment as they demanded, before I had docs and had no knowledge of a second person. If it wasn’t that this was close to my home I really would have been upset, now I just ignore most of their offers unless it’s a slow week.
My experience with Notary Dash / Prestige Notaries has been very good. I do get paid between 30 and 45 days. I do have to send an invoice each time I do a signing and I always send it same day as signing. Everyone at Prestige Notaries have been very nice to me and I’ve done over 82 signings with them as far. I’m sorry others may have issues with them but I felt it was only right to share what my experience has been with them. I live in WA State.
I have also had signings with Prestige Notaries, in fact, I had one yesterday. They have always paid when expected and if late, I sent a friendly reminder and they sent it the same week. I can’t complain about them. Sorry, you didn’t have more of a pleasant experience.
Although the missing note is lender fault, do you not review your docs while printing them, at least to make sure nothing was cut off. you should have realized you did not have a note. lender fault but you should know you always need a note, mortgage, normally a rtc. Next time try calling the lender, title company, signing company…then if no answer from anyone you should be paid for a second trip. I hate doing their job but it can save you time/money.
Thanks for sharing this on here as we need to know those companies that don’t respect us notaries. There are plenty more out there that are decent. I will make sure I don’t accept anything from them.
I have one invoice that’s 71 days late. Does anyone have a tel. # for Notary Dash? All I have is their accounting dept. email. I have gotten no response, despite sending my invoice via email 4 times.
