Adobe all of sudden is not recognizing paper size

I just had the same problem. I managed to get the pages I needed by uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe and then used the long pager link from the lender and making changes in the Brother software. Then I received a message from the lender stating there is a problem
In Adobe Acrobat, select file>Properties>Advanced>Protected Mode
then…
Choose Edit>Preferences
in the Categories list on the left, select Security (Enhanced)
In the Sandbox Protections section, select or deselect Enable Protected Mode At Startup.
I hope this helps!

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro and still experienced this issue. My computer did a Windows update this past weekend and Adobe went haywire.

I know I’m late to the game here.

However, when re-installing printers, it’s incredibly important to go into “Printer Properties”, confirm all trays are present on the printer, and set the paper types in each tray.

If they paper types are not assigned to trays on the printer configuration, Adobe has no idea how to “select paper by page size”.

HWB.

Use notaryrotary.com. it separates your pages.

Ditto here.
Just go to Adobe.com and get (for free) the latest update. Worked for me. I’m backkkkk …
