Many of you have concerns regarding Americas Notary Pro [ANP] recent history of slow pay/no pay. I did some scrounging on the Texas Comptroller’s site and found this [see attached screen shot]. As of 12/28.2022, ANP is no longer able to conduct business as a Texas business.
In Texas the SoS handles the business entity, while the Comptroller handles the franchise taxes. One must have both in order to conduct business as a Texas corporate entity.

AS WELL AS this one from a few days ago:
I know now that they have several warnings of non-payment from this company and I must add to this list. They are already over 90 days late in payment. I have sent them numerous emails and reminders of my invoices and got no response till I added the title company, lender and client to the email thread. I then finally get a response that the checks will be mailed to me. It has now been over 16 days since that conversation. Now I have been ghosted AGAIN!

I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked.
You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible.
If they refuse to get the service to pay or to pay you, send 3 emails with a copy of the invoices attached marked PAST DUE, spaced about a week or two apart requesting payment with the warning that unless payment is made, you will be taking further action…

Has anyone had any issues with America’s Notary Pro? I completed a signing for them back in May and still have not been paid. I sent an email and have gotten no response. I wanted to know if others had the same experience and also for notaries to be on the alert with this company.

I did 3 signings for America’s Notary Pro.
Nov 4, 12, and 19th 2021.
I have not been paid for any of them.
On their portal, it shows that two have been closed, invoiced, and paid by the title company. the last one I did on Nov 19th, it is showing the title company has been invoiced but has not yet been paid.
At this point, I feel they are stalling now.

So, I have a few signing with America Notary Pro this week, I have seen them listed on the BBB as non-payers what should I do about this?
In my experience, accounts payable doesn’t return phone calls and no response to emails. Sometimes it takes over a month to receive payment and state “ we’re super busy” well aren’t we all, but if they get paid in a timely manner so should we.
For example I’m still waiting on a payment from DOS 7/10/20.
Grant it , they do give signings but this is the end result: wait on payment.
